Hey Beauties!!!!! As you can tell I am estatic, I did a little or a lot of shopping and I ended up with a big ol HAUL. I have the 120 Pallet with 30 new brushes, I brought some new mac eyeshadows and my favorite I purchased was the Hard Candy concealer pallet. It comes with the 6 different shades of concealer and I also purchased the MAC concealer just in case the Hard Candy didnt work. LOL I have been having trouble with my acne lately so I was in need of some concealer ASAP. I am excited about trying out my new things so stay tuned for beautiful pics of what I come up with.
I was off to church and I decided to show you guys what I wore. I have the maxi skirt and Blue jean dress from Old Navy, A plain short sleeve black tee from Rainbow and My heels are from Shoedazzle.com. I have a fresh weave in so it is a little puffy and I will show my makeup on the next blog.

Cotton Balls ( multiple uses)
Sponge Applicators( I wanted to try them for my foundation but I don't like it too much)
White Sponge Applicators (I don't like those either for my foundation)
China Glaze Ingrid( Brownish color)
China Glaze Poinsettia
Mane n Tail shampoo ( for my extensions, I think it helps them get fully clean without adding all that oily)
African Pride Olive Miracle Leave in conditioner( I did a post on this earlier this week)
Petroleum Jelly ( Believe it or not I use this on my feet when I wear socks, it minimizes the pedicures by a LOT)
Fingernail polish remover
Sea Salt ( I am currently following a lady named Andreachoice B on Beautilish.com and she made me remember the fact that when you go to the beach you always come home with clear skin so I started doing salt water soaks on my face because of my acne and it has shown wonderful results.)

It’s a fish which even people who don’t like fish can enjoy. It’s firm enough to grill, can be cooked in many different ways, and doesn’t dry out as easily as many other fish. It comes fresh, frozen, smoked, and canned. Wild salmon can be eaten without fear of excess contaminants or mercury, and it has a very high nutrient profile, including the highly-prized omega-3 fatty acids.
Salmon is a highly nutritious food. Of course, it is high in protein, and the “good fats." But a 4 oz serving of wild salmon provides a full day’s requirement of vitamin D!!! It is one of the few foods that can make that claim. That same piece of fish contains over half of the necessary B12, niacin, and selenium, and is an excellent source of B6 and magnesium. Canned salmon also contains large amounts of calcium (due to the bones of the fish).
Health Benefits of SalmonPeople who eat fish seem to be protected from a host of conditions. Some of this is probably due to the omega-3 fats, but there may be other benefits apart from this. The science isn’t clear yet as to all the reasons why eating fish (particularly fatty fish such as salmon) seems to be so darned good for us.
Omega-3 fats seem to primarily work through reducing inflammation in our bodies. Inflammation is turning out to be at the base of many health problems, including heart disease, diabetes, some types of cancers and arthritis. Omega-3’s also help prevent the blood clots which cause many strokes.
An exciting, fairly recent development is the realization that omega-3 fats have potential to help slow cognitive problems such as Alzheimer’s disease and age-related cognitive decline. Also, people who have sufficient levels of omega-3’s (especially as compared to omega-6 fats) seem to have less depression and suicide risk, as well as less aggression -- in one study, giving prison inmates this type of fat (plus vitamins) reduced aggressive behavior by a third in a mere two weeks.

Richer in heart healthy omega-3S than salmon, loaded with more anti-inflammatory poly phenols than red wine, and packing half as much muscle-building protein as chicken, the walnut sounds like a Franekfood, but it grows on trees. Other nuts combine only one or two of these features, not all three. A serving of walnuts about one ounce or seven nuts is good anytime, but especially as a post work out recovery snack.
Substitutes: Almonds, peanuts, pistachios, macadamia nuts, hazelnuts
Fit It In: Sprinkle on top of salads dice and add to pancake batter; spoon peanut butter into curries; grind and mix with olive oil to make a marinade for grilled fish or grilled fish or chicken.
Recipe: mix one cup of walnuts with half a cup of dried blueberries and a fourth cup of dark chocolate chunks.

I LOVE this stuff!!!!!!!!
I use it everyday. Sometimes when Im having a really bad breakout I will sleep with it on the problem areas. And I got this from my local Dollar General Store for $2.75. So its cheap and it really works!!!!!!
It helps dry up acne pimples, rise away blackheads and shrink enlarged pores. You apply it to your face and neck within minutes you can feel it working. It firms and hardens, drawing out impurities from your pores. After the masque is removed your skin will feel clean, refreshed and smooth. Even for people who dont have many skin problems Mint Julep Masque is a refreshing facial treatment that helps relax tired muscles and ease tension lines on the face and neck.
